Background story (or skip to question at the bottom): The weather is beautiful and I drive my favorite new toy to a sea food place for dinner. Finish up, walk out to a crowd around my t-rex. I hop in...turn the key, push the start-up and,
RAR..Rar.......rar..............ra......
My wife has a grin from ear to ear. My embarrassment could not make her happier...
Push that sucker again and VROOOM! Bingo!
I got home and found the battery, charged it up for now.
Moral of the story, probably time to replace that battery as next time it may not start on that second push!
What is the correct battery to buy? any brand recommendations wouldn't hurt either... |

Battery:
YUASA YTX20L-BS
(this is listed in the tecnical forum)
Before you get a new battery:
make sure that you are not drawing the power down by leaving things on - stereo, alarms, gps
And have your charging system and battery checked. _________________ 2010 White/Silver 14RR

Its probally time for a new battery. No stereo or alarm, just a 3 1/2 year old battery. Sorry Chris I guess there was one thing I didn't change. _________________ X-treme-toyz.net

Anyone have any suggestions on a battery that will fit in the stock location but have greater capacity for someone running HID lighting and a sound system. _________________ 2005 T-Rex 1200 |
