July 2008 - Boston to Redondo Beach. Litterly went from shore to shore. Best part was from Denver to St George. Crossing the Continential Divide and went through the painted desert of Utah. 3 750mi days, 2 400mi days. Zero tickets. Mobbed at every fuel stop.
Leaving Boston

Just did an iron butt ride with a couple of friends >1000 miles in less than 24 hours. A circular trip from Dallas through Hill Country to Del Rio, up to Monahans, and back on the interstate. Sunburnt the left side of my face on the northbound leg _________________ 2010 White/Silver 14RR

My son and I made a great trip from eastern Ky to Myrtle Beach for B Bike week and ran all night with our custom bikes and our blue 1400 rex. That was about an 8 hr one way trip...Jason Briton and I were terrorizing the streets in the Rex and we were gettin more attention than my son on our one off twin turbo Busa. Also my wife and I make an awesome trip to Deals Gap in the same Rex and those Smoky Mountain roads were fabulous......Chasing a hundred R-1's and R-6's is something I will never forget.............My wife however was scare sh--less Ha Ha............. _________________ If it is real fast...It is not fast enough...When it gets too fast....I am getting too old. |
