Do you enjoy the location of the battery by the Campagna engineers? It is late at night, dark, and you need to connect jumper cables to your T-Rex's dead battery. Here is my solution. A quick connect located on the firewall and a pig tail.

The easiest way to add the quick connect is locate the starter solenoid which is behind the driver in front of the firewall. Locate the "hot" side of the solenoid (on the left side as you are facing the solenoid) for "positive"and ground the "negative" to the engine. Be sure to add a 30 amp fuse to the "Hot" side for safety. Better to blow a fuse then burn up your beloved toy. _________________ 2007 T-Rex 1400R - BMW Laguna Seca Blue -Turbo Powered

This system is all hand made. Go to Home Depot or Lowes and find any heavy duty male/female quick connect/disconnect plug. Make sure that your plug has some tabs on it in order to fasten it to the firewall. Get about 6 feet of heavy duty red and black wire. Cut your wire to the desired length. For a neater look, have some electrical ties. Figure out what type of end pieces you want and clamp them on. You may need to buy a special clamping tool. Good luck. _________________ 2007 T-Rex 1400R - BMW Laguna Seca Blue -Turbo Powered

This is so simple, it's brilliant. Low cost jumper/charging battery posts.
Items required:
1 - 3' #10 red gage wire
1 - 3' #10 black gage wire
4 - yellow #10 crimp eyelets
2 - 1 1/2" bolts (1/4" diameter will work fine)
4 - nuts
4 - fender washers
Attach red wire to hot side of starter solenoid (located behind driver's head in engine compartment) & run down to bolt . Attach black wire to engine for ground & run down to bolt. Cut any excess wire.
Space bolts about 4" apart.
Best location - driver's side air inlet.
