Is it for sale? I am sure with a bit of tweaking it will be a great ride! These things are not an automobile or anything like them. These type of problems are pretty common with low production specialty vehicles. I agree that the factory should compensate you greatly for you aggravation. I have had problems with many toys that I've bought and the ones that the company treated me VERY well when I had problems were the best purchases I have ever made!
