not anymore... I am now personally aware of 2 states not allowing registration of the T-rex.

First is our friend Dave from CO they have changed there def of a motorcycle to include being steered by handle bars and they will not renew his previosly "legal" bike.

Second is the lovely state of NJ who on 4/7/2010 issued a 4 page list of "approved" motorcycles and I'll give you one guess who is not on it....anyone?

Personally at this time I am ok w/ my previously registered machine but was at DMV yesterday w/ a guy who bought one out of PA and they would not issue a title or reg (since "we" are not on the list)

Any help or advice would be appreciated I have been in contact w/ the manufacturer but don't know what they will be doing to resolve this issue.

My suggestion is to work with your state elected representives of your district. Naturally, it sounds like the person(s) are not aware of our type of motorcycle and left it off the list. Keep us posted on your success.

I appreciate your thoughts although the one part that worries me (while I have a valid reg is making waves and losing it) I am not happy because basically I can't upgrade and if something happened to this one i can't get another one titled... I hope the factory steps up and handles that w/ my state and CO for our friend Dave.

John, Sorry I didn't get back to you the other day, I will call you tomorrow. Please send me any info that you have regarding this "new law" & I will see what I can do to help. Tammy & I know the ladies at out DMV well and will ask them where to start to help with this issue... If nothing else you can always title & insure it in Florida Wink
