One of the weak areas of the ZX-14 engine is the #3 cylinder. Low pressure and volume could throw a rod thru the engine block. Installing a High Volume Oil Pressure Gear can increase the oil presure by 8% to 9.2%. Cost is in the $110 - $115 range. Couple of WEB sites, but there are others out there:
