hey... i'm bored and since no one else is writing i thought i'd share my day with you... i went for a ride with my friend who has an 09 r6.. i followed him to never never land way east on long island.. on the way out there i saw a convoy of lamborghini diablos in all different colors.. made me think of all the t-rexers gettin together and heading out.. anyway.. we rode for an hour or so then stopped to get food.. we must have been in a retirement town because nobody looked under 60.. i had old ladies askin about the t-rex.. itt was fun i guess.. one lady was looking and biting her nails.. either she was scared of how it looked or she wanted to hop in and go for a spin so bad that she didn't know what to do.. well we left senior citizenville and headed back home.. we hopped on a street with lights that eventually becomes a parkway with no lights.. on the way we got stopped at a few lights where me and him were at the front of the pack of cars with about a half mile of uninterrupted street until the next light.. the light turns green and i drop the hammer.. he never caught up.. i thought he might have missed 2nd gear.. so at the next light i asked and he said no.. "it came up on me out the hole" he said.. so we get ready to do it again.. light turns and blammm.. i drop it again.. once again i manage to pull away a second time but this time i watch his wheel as i pull off and it catches no air.. so at the next light i ask him what happened.. he says that he starts catching up when we approach the upcoming light.. understandable.. but... while we're talking.. the light turns green and we don't see it.. so.. a bmw m3 swings around us and floors it.. not very nice.. so here we go again.. only this time there's more space between the lights and nooooo cars in front of us for at leasst a mile.. we look at each other and once again the hammer is dropped.. he(m3) was over 50mph by the time we took off so i had to play catch up.. which i did and passed him.. it took about a half mile but i got him.. anyway.. we get to the next light and he gives me the thumbs up.. we pull off and he's behind me somewhere.. about a half mile ahead comes the part where there are no lights and it splits.. two lanes to the left(no lights) and 3 to the right (lights) so i'm going to the left and i see the m3 speed off to the right in the opposite direction... so that being the most fun i had all day i opted to follow and play again.. but.. just as i was about to yank the t-rex all the way across the lanes to get behind him i saw a silver blurr pass me on the left.. what do ya know... it was the chameleon colored diablo that i saw about an hour and change earlier in the day.. he was racing with a few motorcycles.. i almost pissed on myself.. whoo hoo.. i got back in my lane.. downshifted and caught up.. the lambo was in front with a gixxer 1000 behind him then i came in 3rd and my friend and the other bikes were somewhere behind.. i kept a tight 3rd but the damn bike in front of me kept tapping his brakes f$*king up my flow because i didn't wanna run into him.. every chance the lambo got to break away from the pack he floors it and starts pulling.. so i downshift and i'm still right there in the mix at about 110-115... the damn gixxer is makin me nervous and i'd wish he'd get out the damn way.. about 5 minutes later he finally does and i'm in the lambo's ass.. he has a car in front of him that eventually moves over and he floors it again so i do the same and keep up without him pulling away from me.. he never pulled away from me.. not once and i wasn't to the floor with the pedal either.. close but not 100% open.. i had no chance of passing him on the right.. so i stayed tight in his ass... every chance he got he opend it up and so did i... we ran 125+ for a mile or 2 until he ran up behind another car.. everytime he floored it fu%kin smoke came out his pipes and burned the shit outta my eyes.. must have been running some expensive shit in his tank.. well i finally got my chance because he moved over to the right to pass a car but got stukk behind another in that lane so i creeped up along side of him and stayed there doing about 60 until the car in front of me got distance.. i didn't give him the space to shoot around in front of me as i stayed close enough behind the car that was in front of him and my friend was behind me so there was no outlet there.. finally the car in front of him goes to exit off and the best part of the day begins... he floors it again and i downshift and do the same but this time we're side by side.. no excuses huh... well... my beast is screaming like wtf!!!! he's still not pulling on me.. when i shift into the next gear i hear the shit slipping... not now!!!! i barely ease up of of the gas and it catches and i'm on the floor again.. while the lambo has yet to pass me.. we're at 120+ and still next to each other... i don't know if he gave up or i was actually winning but i started to pull away from him slowly.. then we caught a little traffic (in my lane first) and had to break it down.. i was tired and my eyes were burning, not to mention that parkway was police infested and we hadn't seen a cop for miles already.. i considered it luck and didn't press a part 2.. as i was getting off i got the thumbs up again.. don't know if it meant it but i took it as a win dammit!!!! so , so far i consider myself beating a lambo diablo.. corvette z06 (with my niece riding shotgun for proof to all the haters) a subaru wrx.. and a m3.. put those cars on the list when people ask how fast the t-rex is.. and all were raced on highways except for the m3 which i caught and passed anyway... i'm looking into a cam that i can mount between the headrests so i can capture all this damn fun and post it here!!!!!!!! have a good rest of your day.. sorry for the long story but hey... no one else is posting on here!!!

I spent about 3 hours in the Rex on Sunday which was one of the most beautiful days I have ever seen. Everyone with a bike was out. It was a VERY mundane day compared to yours but it was still great to be out.
