I had EFR (see Link) write a program for my T-Rex (Power Commander) by Driving it with everything being monitord with a laptop. The map from power commander for the ZXR 1400 does not take into consideration the T-Rex is 500 lbs heavier than the bike. This guy really knows what he is doing. Somebody brought a T-Rex up to him from Texas last week. The attatched picture shows the fitting he welded on my T-Rex for a 02 Sensor hooked to the lap top.

Wow! It's about time this topic popped up on the T-Rex forum. I have read extensively about this subject on the zx-14 forums. I found that maps are generally regarded as top secret and rarely get shared or compared. I have managed to acquire a few maps and try them out. The best butt dyno map I have is the one FIAC (Jeffo) made for me. The T-Rex screams with this map and accelerator pump settings. Loki was also surprised at the power this map produced even though he eventually merged his dyno map with it to get even better results. Maybe Chicknfeet can chime in too cause I know he talked to Jeffo and put his map on the dyno. The problem is that the AFRs I encounter are a bit out of my comfort range (high 14's to sometimes 15's). Not to say that my wideband setup might be off. I also get some knock when I get on it at certain rpm and load even when running 91. The map is extremely smooth and I don't think it deviates +-6 throughout the whole map. Honestly, when I run this map it feels like the Rex is in a gear lower I every gear. I can roast the rear tire on demand at most any time. I need to do more testing, but when I am out in the Rex I usually just don't feel like messing with it.
What type of exhaust do you have? Are the flys out? Any other mods? Hopefully we can continue this discussion and gain more knowledge specifically about the T-Rex. _________________ 2007 Blue T-Rex 1400R
