BEARINGS ... One 5205 RS and Two 6205 RS (rubber sealed) Torrington/Fafnir .

Rear Sprocket ... from 1997 ZX-11

Sprocket/Axle Hub "O"-Ring .... 3/32 X 2 1/4

Axle Outer bearing Seal ..... "TTO" E2117 2 TC 30 52 7

Battery... YTX20L-BS

Headlamp Bulbs (4) Sylvania 9005's

Front Bearing/Hub assembly ... Federal-Mogul/BCA/National S-513012

Radiator ... from a 1985 - 1993 VW Cabriolet 4 cyl part # 321-121-253-al

Rubber Dampers .... Campagna part

For anyone who has a 97 or so, here's the notes I have taken

rear brake is the front brake of a GSXr1100 1997

Switch for the electric reverse is the kickstand switch found on almost any bikes, made by Omron (suzuki genuine part)

mine has a conversion to 530 chain, but originally on the suzuki bike it came with 532, I don't know if they switched it in the shop or it was switched by previous owners of my machine, but both are good! 530 is way easier to find anywhere.

if you have any question about that particular year, I think I went through about everything on the machine... I stripped it to the metal this winter and rebuilt it to new. Don't hesitate to ask!

Hey Chicknfeet, so if we were to attempt to replace the factory Halogen Headlight Bulbs to Xenon HID. The bulb size is indeed: 9005?

They are H-4'S up to 06 and the 07's are 9005's unless you have a Canadian 06 which are 9005's

I need the part number for the pivot bearings on the front of the swingarms? Anybody know before I take to NAPA and try to match??
