had to go with statefarm for $721 a year.. they won't insure a bike out here unless you have a car ins with them first so i had to put it under a friends name.. last one i had was only $421 a year and with no car.. i gotta find the girl that wrote up that policy again!!!! i tried gieco first but they wouldn't do it and sent me to another agency that wanted $2,500 a year for full coverage (being struck by lightning was optional). _________________ keep on keepin on!!! |

well this is gettin interesting....Geico pretty much hung up on me, then nationwide laugh at me and said no thanks, still waitin on state farm and progressive.
Also not sure if anybody on here is from ohio or knows about ohio, but i am getting mixed answer about a license for this. I have my motorcycle endorsement, but also gettin told i need a 3 wheeled motorcycle endorsement... Does this sound right to anybody or should the motorcycle endorsement cover all? _________________ myspace.com/starboymurphy |

Hmmm, never heard of a 3 wheel license. T-Rex is titled and registered as a motorcycle. You would think the motorcycle endorsement covers that. Like boonchie said, check with DMV
When I got my T-Rex, my auto insurance company didn't cover motorcycles and I had to shop around. I tried on my own for a while, and finally went down to my local Independent insurance agent. They got me a decent deal with Foremost. And the rates dropped significantly after the first year. _________________ 2010 White/Silver 14RR

I pay about $350 per year full maxium coverage with state farm.
Seem they only insure the T-Rex on the East and West coast.
The have four regions in the US and ony are screwed up.
My agent whom we have everyting with, went to bat for me with
the home office......he told me VP level......dunno.....
Anyway, I was a happy man.

New Hampshire does not require auto insurance. I am a minority by having full coverage on my vehicles.
State Farm is only $350.00 a year for full coverage on my Rex. They classify it as a 1200cc motorcycle. State Farm insures all there motorcycles by engine size reguardless of what the engine is in. |
